Reading my friends list this morning has me worked up all over again. I sense more of this to come. It's a beautiful feeling.

In local news, Michigan did me proud across the board:

Sen. Carl Levin (D) reelected with 62% of the vote

Rep. John D. Dingell (D) reelected with 71% of the vote. Come February, he will be the longest serving congressman in U.S. history and he's all mine Ann Arbor precinct 15's.

Prop 2 passed by 6% allowing stem cell research. I honestly didn't think this had a chance. There will be no more underestimating Michigan.

Prop 1 passed. Medical marijuana. Good job.

Diane Marie Hathaway has upset incumbent Chief Justice Clifford Taylor to end conservatives' nine-year lock on the Michigan Supreme Court. \o/

It's 8:40am and I'm usually sitting at my desk by now but, this morning, I can't be sussed to care. Good morning! Change has come!
