Great episode. It has continuity, fantastic groupd dyamics, a bit of Sophia, and classic guest stars.
Faye Dunaway! "Bonnie & Clyde" is my favorite movie of all time so I'll forever have a soft spot for Faye Dunaway. And her teeth! I don't care how much work she's had done. Her teeth are amazing.
My friends list is all a flutter over Gil/Greg goodness. I love their dynamic but, for me, it's more of a mentor/student relationship rather than anything particularly slashy. Greg is one of the few people who's completely himself around Gil and I think Gil is both amused by it and appreciative of it. I also think he's incredibly proud of how far Greg's come.
I really love Gil. A lot.
That was, quite possibly, one of the saddest episodes of television ever. Ever. Just horribly tragic.
I liked that the episode strayed a bit from the typical format and the tension built so well. (Even though it broke my heart and I think Sarah Jean's death was a waste but I'm not going to use this post to go into all of the reasons I oppose the death penalty.)
Jeannetta Arnett played Sarah Jean Dawes and I knew she looked familar but couldn't place her. According to IMDB, she's guest starred on almost every show I watch. I'll have to watch "Shooting Stars" again because I don't specifically remember her CSI character.
I can't stay up late enough to watch Project Runway when it airs on Wednesdays at 10 but I did catch this week's episode yesterday evening. It just keeps getting better and better.
