We choose to go to the moon...

I'm home from London, HBP is read, and I'm still organizing my thoughts into something coherent but I have to say this: SNAPE! SNAAAAAAAAAAPE!

- Snape with Bella and Narcissa
- Snape with Wormtail
- Snape as the one who told Voledmort the prophecy
- Snape as the half blood price
- Snape's parentage
- SNAPE KILLING DUMBLEDORE
- Snape's last confrontation with Harry.

I'm beside myself.

Deep down I believe we'll learn that he's still working against Voldemort but, at this point, I'll stay enamored regardless. We saw infinitely more layers than I even dared to hope.

As a die hard Harry/Snape shipper I'm still working through the scenarios that will leave them with their happy ever after. I can work though everything that's happened since Harry came to Hogwarts but sharing the prophecy with Voldemort is my sticking point. As I see it, that's going to be the hardest for Harry to work through even if he learns that all of Snape's other actions really were with the ultimate defeat of Voldemort in mind.

I loved this book from start to finish. I was incredibly satisfying and I'm fairly desperate for book seven. Now.
