My flight landed at midnight instead of 10pm so I walked in my door at 1am and I'm hating this morning. I planned to sleep until 8 but Sally had other plans and made certain I was out of bed tending to her needs by 7:15. I'd give an awful lot to work from home today.
How did I forget to mention Boomer and Cavil? YUCK. And, while I'm on the 8's, isn't Athena an earlier confirmation that each model isn't in lock step? Athena left the cylons to live with and fight with the humans. If she could abandon the cylons all together, why is it so unreasonable to think that Boomer would take a different party line when it comes to the raiders and the final five?
I hope they take Starbuck in another direction soon. Crazy!Dictator!Starbuck was interesting for one episode but it's going to get old fast and I don't want to see the character become a caricature of herself. I also wouldn't mind seeing Anders grow a pair and stand up to her for once. For real.
What else? Oh, I like that Roslin is real and fallible and, if it comes down to a war with Lee, I'm jumping in line behind Adama to get Roslin's back.
PS. I hope Lee can see that Zarek has his own agenda and realizes he's totally Zarek's pawn.
I was home for Passover for less than 36 hours and I miss my family already. Missing them, actually, is the only reason I'm not taking a sick day. I'd hate to lose out on a vacation day in NY because I spent one on my couch in MI.
