Mel Harris! I'm having all sorts of thirtysomething flashbacks.
And Michelle Trachtenberg! She doesn't look a day older than she did when Buffy ended.
Ahahahahahaha! They have days to do the dishes! And House cheats!!! I really, really love them.
Cuddy looked great this episode but I wonder if Lisa Edelstein is getting tired of 5 lines per episode.
Cameron to Chase: "Too bad it's not you giving a sample. We'd be done by now." That was LOOOOOOOW.
House is talking to the boyfriend in coma patient's room. Hahahaha! I so enjoy when coma patient turns up.
I love Wilson with the key to House's place and the STETHESCOPE as the "I'm getting laid - stay out" signal. (Not that I believed, for one second, that House was getting laid. But watching Wilson fall asleep on the stoop was kind of fun. So was, "Where's...the hooker, I assume?")
Wilson: You said we'd hang the stethoscope if you were having sex.
House: Doesn't have to be with another person.
Really, REALLY love them together.
Foreman? Still my favorite. He's the only character on the show I'd actually want to spend extended amounts of time with and the fight over House's can skyrocketed his place in my heart.
House: Get me a rat.
Cameron: You have a rat.
House: I'm not going to kill Steve!
"Either that or you stressed her into heart failure." Cuddy would never say that with the parents in the room.
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE them. (Um, that's House & Wilson I'm referring to. Clearly.) They are a dream come true. They know each other and it makes me happy. Even when House is acting 12. (Oh, and someone, anyone, try to tell me that there weren't 394574954 times in this episode where House was primed to grab Wilson and kiss him senseless.)
And Wilson filed halfway through his cane while he was sleeping! The look on House's face was FABULOUS! YAY! Plus, "You may not want to sit exactly there." THE LOVE!
House/Wilson flailing aside, this was an excellent episode. The case was cool and different and I'm always happy when Mel Harris shows up on my television.
I love this show. Love, love, love this show.
I had a meeting in NY today so I flew up last night and back down to FL this afternoon. I've been gone almost a year and a half and I still ache when I'm in NYC. I made a choice to move and I can always make a choice to move back but I'm not through here yet. My job is too fulfilling and challenging to move on. But I know I'm getting my ass back to NY someday. The city just feels right in a way that SW Florida doesn't.
In other news...
* I started watching reruns of SG-1 on SciFi. My seasons are all mixed up which gets a bit confusing but I don't actually mind enough to get the DVDs from netflix and watch in order.
* "About A Boy" was on USA during my flight home. Every time I watch that movie I fall in love with Hugh Grant all over again.
* It's baseball season and the Yankees are off to a great start!
* X-Men previews are popping up all over my television! EEEEEEEEEE! I can't wait!!!
