* My first netflix DVDs arrived! BSG, here I come! I also bit the bullet and signed up for DVR. My installation appointment is Monday and I'm giddy with anticipation. This will completely change the way I watch TV. And I won't have to worry about missing shows when I travel. I have no idea how I waited this long to indulge my tv obsession.

* Since I don't presently have DVR and I absolutely can not stay up until 11pm, I don't get to watch Project Runway until 6pm on Thursdays. Somehow I managed to avoid spoilers.


Santino with the Tim impressions! That segment is probably in my top 10 TV moments ever. When Andre left, I was so hoping Tim would say, "We'll always have Red Lobster." And Daniel, my Daniel! I'm so glad he won immunity for next week. If only Kara hadn't pulled through this week. Andre's not as strong a Chloe and Daniel but he's definitely been more consistent than Kara. (Which I'm sure played into the judge's decisions. Even if they thought Kara's dress was the best of the bunch this week, they couldn't give her immunity. She's not a strong enough player.

Next week's going to be good. My guess is that Nick or Kara will be out and that, ultimately, the final three will be Daniel, Chloe, and Santino. But this is Daniel's competition to lose.


* I couldn't figure out why my friends list was so difficult to manage with fewer than 200 people friended until I realized I had more than 125 communities friended, as well. Good grief. I cut the list down to 81 and I see the difference already.

* I recently switched to Dreamhost and I'm having trouble figuring out how to track the IP address of people who are downloading. I was able to do it on my old host but I haven't figure out how to use the logs files. Is there anyone who can guide me (or lead me to a short tutorial)?

* According to sga_newsletter, there are 165 days until S3 of SGA. *sigh* But there is new CSI tonight. Gil!
