I spent way too much time trying to decide which icon to use for this post. Leoben wins.
In the meantime, I continue to search for the perfect Saul Tigh icon. The perfect text is, "And if I die today, that's the man I'll be." I'm not sure on the image but I'll know it when I see it. (Ideally, he'll have a beard and his eye patch. I clearly have a thing for beards and Tigh is extra Tigh-tastic with his eye patch.)
Now that I've dealt with that nonsense, have some more: My mother went to the wedding of a good friend's son this weekend. The wedding was in Atlanta. The groom is Jewish; the bride Christian. The wedding was originally going to be held in Texas but the bride's mother said she, "didn't know of any places that would want that many Jews in their hall." I just. I've got NOTHING. Nothing, people. This is not an attack on Texas. This is an attack on the anti-semetic whore of a mother-in-law the groom is going to have to deal with. Seriously, WTF?

I'm sure I'll have something to say about last week's BSG until this week's BSG airs. Tonight it's about coloring. I loved the color palate they used for the episode. The washed out tones added the perfect atmosphere.
I almost forgot to mention how the winter snow won AGAIN. Backing out of my driveway this morning I angled wrong and ended up stuck in the 3 foot snowbank to the side of my driveway. Two neighbors had to help me dig out and then push my car out of the bank. This shit isn't funny anymore. If anyone has a Hummer, let me know if you're interested in trading for a Saab convertible.
