*STAB* My house started smelling like mildew again on Thursday and it still does, maybe worse. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
There's no obvious water in my basement but I'm afraid that my sump pump didn't effectively deal with the water from Sunday's storm and now it's under the foundation of my house causing problems with my carpet pad. It's the only thing I can think of. In the meantime, I'm going to have to call my insurance company again. Oh, and guess what? It's a new year with a new premium. AWESOME.
Besides the obvious financial hassle, my house smells. :(
I have modest plans today. A run (at last) and I have to pick up dessert for my date tonight. We're cooking at his house and I'm on dessert duty. I'm now behind 2 episodes of SGA so that's on the agenda, too. It would be a lovely lazy day if only I could bear the smell of my house.
