I ordered a fitness ball chair for my office! A colleague has one and it's awesome for your back and your posture and you abs. I can't wait until it shows up!

I am the end business user of a significant IT deliverable and I'd give an awful lot to be the fly on the wall after our meetings. It's a great project team but we speak very different languages.

Tonight was happy hour with two colleagues and, if I'm going to be up at 6am to run, I better eat some dinner and get my ass to bed. (Clearly Supernatural will have to wait until tomorrow or Saturday because Sam and Dean are happening as I type this.)
